Police/Accident Reports - $10.00
Vehicle Release - $200.00

Notary Fee - $10.00
Breathalyzer Test - $15.00
SOR Fee - $50.00
Videotape - $50.00
Court Ordered Fingerprints - No Fee (ONLY Tuesday 10am - 12 pm)

On Fridays, fee must be paid with exact cash. No change will be given.

Vehicle Impound

In the event your vehicle has been impounded by a police department, the following is a general guideline of the necessary paperwork you will need in order to claim your vehicle from Louie's Towing. The information listed below is what Louie's requires for you to obtain your vehicle if it has been impounded.

If the vehicle requires a "release form" from the police department or a "hold" has been placed on the vehicle by a law enforcement agency, you MUST obtain a release from that agency before the vehicle can be released from the towing company
The registered owner of the vehicle must go to the Mt. Morris Township Police Department during business hours to pick up a release form.
$200.00 cash impound fee must be paid at the police department (Fridays- exact cash).
A valid form of identification
All fees at the Towing Company must be paid at time of pick up.

Accident Reports
Police reports are typically available ten days from the date of the complaint. Accident crash reports can be purchased in the office for a fee of $10.00 or online through Lexis Nexis.

Please call our office at (810) 785-1311 and have your complaint number to verify the report has been completed and is ready for release. If you do not have your complaint number, we may be able to assist if you have the officer's name and the date of the incident.
