Code Enforcement
enforcement is to protect the health, safety, and welfare of Mt. Morris Township’s residents by promoting safe, healthy and sanitary housing by conducting on-site inspections to determine compliance with state and local codes. Code enforcement benefits the community by protecting property values through the elimination of blight such as trash, dilapidated buildings, junk cars, and tall grass.
